System Management
This course covers the basics of managing OpenVMS systems: installing and configuring OpenVMS, layered products, licenses, managing systemwide logical names, initializing and mounting disks and shadowsets, managing users, queues, building and maintaining basic clusters and networks. After completing this course, you will be able to perform the tasks of a VMS system manager, such as managing the user base, installing updates, maintaining secure access to files, troubleshooting issues with devices, queues, networks, shadowsets, understanding clusters, and more.
